Ordering & Shopping

It's simple:

  • Click "Add to cart" on the items you want
  • Open your cart and proceed to checkout
  • Enter your shipping details
  • Choose a payment method and complete the order

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us via info@crocobricks.com and we'll try to help. Once an order is being processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account is optional and helps with order tracking, saved addresses, and faster checkout next time.

Yes — we deliver to Europe and the rest of the world via PostNL. Availability of tracking and options can vary by destination.

Rates depend on destination, weight, and service. Exact costs are shown at checkout. For small, light items, letter/envelope pricing is applied automatically when available. See our Shipping Information page for details.

Standard delivery times depend on the destination and chosen service.

  • Within the Netherlands: typically next business day for parcels; letter/envelope items follow mailbox post schedules.
  • Europe & worldwide: timing varies by country/region and service level (zones such as EUR1, EUR2, ROW).

Checkout shows the latest estimates for your address. Parcels include Track & Trace where available; letter/envelope shipments may not include tracking.

Products & Quality

Absolutely. We only sell 100% authentic LEGO products. We do not sell counterfeit or "compatible" bricks.

We may offer both new and used sets. Each product page clearly indicates the condition (e.g., factory sealed, complete used, or incomplete if applicable).

Returns & Account

Within the EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. We also offer a store return window (conditions apply). Please see our Returns & Refunds page for how to initiate a return and any exceptions.
